About the Project
Were in stealth mode and hiring 100 remote talent to build a modern digital banking infrastructure from the ground up. This greenfield platform will serve three core customer segments:
- Retail users Personal banking (savings cards spend management)
- Businesses SME banking (invoicing POS working capital multiuser accounts)
- B2B partners APIs and services for embeddedfinance use cases.
Were doing a clean modern rebuild using industry best practices across infrastructure codebase deployment and user experience. The goal is a unified platform that seamlessly supports Personal Business and Embedded Finance clients.
Job Overview:
Were looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity works autonomously and has a bias toward shipping. Youll drive product discovery and delivery across one or more product verticals (Retail SME or API) working closely with engineering design and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product definition and roadmap for your domain (Retail SME or APIfirst)
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear product specs and flows
- Partner closely with engineering and design to ship lean elegant solutions
- Drive prioritization tradeoffs and release planning in a fastpaced environment
- Validate ideas quickly via MVPs prototypes and user feedback
- Ensure clean simple user experiences backed by solid systems thinking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product design and operations to integrate new features and services
Requirements:
- 5 years of product management experience(startup fintech or regulated environment is a plus).
- Endtoend ownership of complex builds clear roadmapping structured tradeoffs
- Proven track record shipping meaningful products from scratch
- Strong systems thinking you can map user needs to underlying infrastructure
- Autonomous operator proactive fastmoving and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication written verbal and async (were remotefirst)
