Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including correspondence and data entry
Handle customer inquiries via phone email or inperson providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of documentation
Assist with payroll client invoicing & creditor office petty cash and financial reporting.
Coordinate with drivers maintenance teams and other departments to ensure operational integrity for office administration.
