Job Description
Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Clinton Missouri

We are working with a progressive healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and patientcentered care to residents of Clinton Missouri and surrounding areas. The facility offers a wide range of medical services including family practice OB/GYN pediatrics neurology ENT psychiatry and a full suite of surgical services. Equipped with stateoftheart technology including the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system the facility fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment designed to help providers deliver exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team of healthcare professionals. This fulltime position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment with no oncall responsibilities allowing for a healthy worklife balance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for internal medicine and a desire to provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality patientcentered care for adults managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in internal medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $310000 guaranteed
- Incentives: Productivitybased bonuses available
- Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:
- Fulltime permanent position
- No oncall responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
- Boardcertified or boardeligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
- Proficiency or interest in roboticassisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
