Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a healthcare facility in Ford City PA. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients of all ages to help them improve their mobility reduce pain and prevent or recover from injuries.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals
Implement and monitor treatment plans making necessary adjustments as needed
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility strength and range of motion
Utilize various modalities and equipment to assist in patients rehabilitation process
Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Stay updated on new treatment techniques and advancements in the field of physical therapy
Adhere to ethical and professional standards as well as all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patientfocused approach to care
Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
