Junior AI Vibe Coder/ReactJs Front End/Django Backend Developer
Location: West Shewrapara Mirpur Dhaka
Minimum 2 Years of Job Experience Required
Experience with Cursor AI is a Requirement
Weekly 6 Days Office Work with Flexible Hours (Not remote)

We are seeking a self starter motivated and versatile Junior/Mid Level Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development with a passion for building intuitive user interfaces and robust serverside applications. A keen interest in integrating AIpowered features and the ability to leverage tools like Cursor AI to enhance the development workflow is highly desirable.
You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a job board platform similar to contributing to all development lifecycle phases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the frontend of our platform using ReactJs ensuring a responsive userfriendly and engaging experience.
- Build and manage the backend infrastructure using Django developing APIs and ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Design implement and manage PostgreSQL databases ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements design technical solutions and implement new features for the job board platform including job searching application processes user profiles and employer dashboards.
- Explore and integrate AIpowered features (AI Vibe) to enhance user experience such as intelligent job recommendations resume parsing or skill matching.
- Utilize Cursor AI to accelerate coding debugging and code optimization processes.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience with ReactJs for frontend development.
- Solid experience with Django for backend development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience in developing and launching web applications with the ability to develop a platform with features comparable to a job board site like .
- Experience using Cursor AI is required.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment 6 days a week with time flexibility.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bonus Points:
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML concepts and their application in web development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
