Job Description
Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. As the premier athletic and social club on Seattles Eastside the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwests most celebrated and visionary citizens. Dedicated to the wellbeing of its members the property merges 250000 square feet of worldclass fitness facilities and four innovative dining spaces with unique recreational social and business areas. Members enjoy yoga classes tennis matches lunches with family wine dinners and more. The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel a luxury 66room boutique hotel and a fullservice spa with cuttingedge wellness offerings.
The Bellevue Club Fitness Department is looking for a qualified Barre Instructor to lead regularly scheduled Monday morning Barre classes.
Class time: Mondays 9 am to 9:50 am & 10 am to 10:50 am
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:
- Must possess a Group Exercise and/or Barre Instructor certification.
- Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong ability to coach motivate and lead participants in an energizing group setting.
- Plan and teach fun effective and safe workouts to our members.
- Must be able to provide modifications and modify intensity for all fitness levels.
- Ensure safety of participants regarding proper form exercise technique and heart rate training.
- Ability to create a highenergy and positive environment.
- Must be friendly vibrant and outgoing to connect with members and create a strong community.
- Must be wellversed in basic anatomy kinesiology contraindicated exercises and exercise modifications & progressions for a variety of populations.
- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
