For the expansion of our Business Information Systems (BIS) team argenx is looking for Director level Business Partner for the US HCP Experience community

This role will report to the US Commercial and Medical Affairs BIS Lead and will be the primary point of contact for the functions within the HCP Experience community which include the Marketing. Sales and Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) community.

This role will bring together digital data and AI capabilities and cocreate with the HCP Experience community an industry differentiating digital engagement with HCPs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish strong relationships with all levels of the US HCP Experience organization to deliver valueadded solutions that meet the present and future needs of the organization.

  • Collaborate with the HCP Experience community in developing a HCP centric roadmap of business capabilities processes and technology solutions that is needed to support the organizations 2030 vision and beyond.

  • Work with the Veeva Capability Center within BIS in implementing and supporting fieldbased solutions like Veeva CRM Veeva Events territory alignment using Veeva Align

  • Collaborate with the Digital Capability Center within BIS in implementing HCP facing digital solutions.

  • Responsible for collaborating and coordinating with the Veeva Capability Center Digital Capability Center Data and Analytics organization and other BIS organizations in designing and implementing solutions and projects that deliver the intended business outcome.

  • Establish and oversee a community to manage ongoing operations of BIS applications supporting the US HCP Experience team. This includes collaborating with the business leads in the intake and prioritization of requests and management of vendor partners in the execution of the requests.

  • Oversee implementation and operations of system integrators supporting argenx in this functional area.

  • Regularly communicate status and progress of changes and issues to stakeholders

  • Contract and budget responsibilities for the project and vendors in the functional area

  • Maintain an overall understanding of industry landscape to ensure that we are deploying bestpractice solutions

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years working either in a biopharmaceutical company or a consulting organization with focus on the life sciences sector.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting Sales and Marketing functions from process definition through systems implementations including support.

  • Strong experience in digital solutions to commercial field and marketing teams

  • Experience launching and supporting Veeva CRM Veeva Events Alignment tools like Align or Javelin

  • Knowledge of MLR processes and implementation of Veeva Vault (Medcomms and PromoMats) is preferred.

  • Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization data platforms analytics etc);

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
