Location: Kansas City MO

Compensation: Base Commission (Average $60000$150000)

Were looking for a motivated customerfocused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Subaru sales team. If you enjoy helping people have a competitive spirit and are ready to grow your career in the automotive industry we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the carbuying process
- Build relationships and trust with prospective buyers
- Maintain indepth knowledge of Subaru vehicles features and financing options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and safety features
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
- Meet monthly sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Friendly outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fastpaced environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
