You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring for Fulltime temporary 2nd Shift Patient Care Coordinators in our Specialty Pharmacy department in Orlando Florida. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional jobrelated responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Sets up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information and prescription for delivery; verifying and inputting method of payment; using Walmart systems to process patient information and delivery carrier and method; and logging calls and customer information (for example name date of birth address method of payment notate call information how to ship order).
Provides customer service to pharmacy patients by responding to customer calls and emails; using Walmart systems training and manual to resolve customer and associate inquiries; maintaining confidentiality of patient health information; processing and submitting call requests (for example refills transfers payments new prescription requests pricing requests); identifying and resolving discrepancies for customers orders; and researching customers billing issues.
Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources; collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners; identifying priorities deadlines and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
One year experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience using computers.
