Position Title: Sr. Technical Service Specialist (East Coast)
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities
- Own a territory to ensure the proper operation of our technologies
- Respond and assist with Machine troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite support repairs Installations and Periodical maintenance with sense of urgency.
- Prioritize activities and develop a culture of execution becoming a trustworthy partner for our customers and commercial colleagues.
- Work closely with the clinical specialist team to maintain up to date clinical knowledge and awareness of customer needs.
- Maintain good documentation practices and ensure all service events are properly recorder in our service systems.
- Responsible to keep tools calibrated and manage trunk spare parts inventory.
- Visits customers to ensure all their needs are met maintain good relations with assigned customers. Manage Customer expectations.
- Develop Schedule for Preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure service availability during holiday periods.
Must Have
- This role requires a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years experience or a Vocational / Trade certificate with a minimum of 8 years experience.
- Drivers License
Nice to Have
- Ability to follow specifications interpret their meaning and use of service manuals.
- experience
- Indepth knowledge of dialysis equipment including hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy devices
- Experience in service of dialysis devices and renal areas renal clinic or nephrology clinic.
- Expertise with Water treatment and water Reverse Osmosis for dialysis
- Expertise with Service Max SAP or other Service tools
- Ability to travel Domestically. Up to 60%
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
- Relevant experience diagnosing repairing and maintaining electronic and electromechanical equipment in a field service role where you are customer facing in their premises
- Positive and Proactive with Can do attitude.
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with focus on quality and patient safety
- Communication skills ability to summarize situations do Problem statements
- Have critical thinking. Resourceful
- Selfmotivated and Independent
