Job Description
ITS Event Support Engineer is responsible for
Coordinate with vendor and customer regarding equipment required for events including video conferencing gear displays projectors speakers microphones cameras telephones laptops media players document cameras etc.
Planning of technical infrastructure for oncampusoffcampus events.
Preparing connectivity diagram for oncampusoffcampus events.
Handling of available eventAV equipment for oncampusoffcampus events.
Guiding customer on the event technical requirement based on customer need.
Assist event organizers with presentation formatting
Video shoot of customer eventinterview etc and editing of the recorded footage.
Audio mixing of simultaneous microphones plus different sources such as PCs and Codecs as well as some live music mixing.
Video switching in the venue screens (Projectors LCDs) of several sources such as PowerPoint presentations Videos PC for demonstrations.
Multicamera operation and live switching for recording and live streaming.
Lighting operations.
Create SOP for improvement of the event production process.
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our internal customers and coworkers
Adjust work schedule when needed to support Amazon business needs.
Track your work via our ticketing system.
Key job responsibilities
1. Planning the technical signal flow for customer events.
2. Setting up testing and troubleshooting technical requirements for customer events.
3. Operation of technical equipment required for execution of events.
Minimum four years of on ground event technical support experience.
Should be able to handle audio video mixer any other technical gear pertaining to events.
Should be able to create signal flow diagram for event technicals based on event requirement.
Six years of on ground event technical support experience.
Vision mixing experience using OBS Wirecast VMix or similiar softwares.
Hands on Operational experience handling video mixers and video mixing softwares.
