We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating a cultivating environment for our team and a beyond fantastic experience for the client. We are looking for an ambitious person that is interested in developing lasting relationships with customers and cultivating a strong team environment. You will have the opportunity to work at a stateoftheart facility with a great work environment in Bethesda Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely updates
- Assist customer with needs/requests
- Greeting customers at the service lane
- Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide indepth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments vehicle dropoff and vehicle pickup.
Requirements
- Proven experience as service advisor to maximize profit
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
- Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willing to learn and take direction
