About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer (IC 2) to join Dispels Engineering team. In this role youll work semiindependently on small projects leveraging your familiarity with Agile practices and deep product knowledge to ensure the highest quality for our secure communication platform. Youll focus on manual testing writing thorough test cases creating clear defect reports and providing detailed feedback to support crossteam collaboration while suggesting process improvements.

This position is an IC 2 at Dispel and qualifies for:
The U.S. base pay range for this position is between $57000 and $72000/year with an expected Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) between $5000 and $7500/year (including bonus or commission). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
