Job Description
Jersey Mikes Subs 544 E Ogden Ave Milwaukee WI seeks a parttime Shift Lead with open availability. Keep reading if you want to be part of a highquality team!

Qualifications for the job:
- Minimum Age Requirement:MUSTbe 18 Years of Age of Older
- Education: High School Diploma
- 1 Year QSR experience and stable work history
- Must have reliable transportation
Key Competencies:
A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes but is not limited to:
- Must be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Combined with an awesome personality able to communicate effectively with guests and coach the staff to delivery amazing customer service
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer who can assist in building sales
- Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make the way they interact and provide customer service and coming to work in a clean fitted and pressed uniform daily.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a restaurant environment. The Shift Lead will perform a variety of responsibilities including knowing how to bake bread and perform all prep serving customers performing all tasks related to opening and closing of store and will be responsible for managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people.
Experience can include being a Shift Lead at a location such as Heritage Senior Living DoorDash IKEA ETE Reman PraderWilli Homes Cheddarhead Holdings LLC Potbelly Sandwich Shop Walgreens ... etchowever this is not required as we will teach and train you the necessary skills to excel within our team.
