is growing quickly and were looking for a powerhouse development team based in Arlington VA to accelerate our growth. Our team is seeking an accomplished Technical Team Lead Software Engineer to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization . You will have a direct impact on highly visible Homes web applications that touch millions of users. You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve Homes software products.
This position is located in Arlington VA and offers a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite 1 day remote.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required from an accredited not for profit university or college (preferably in Computer Science or a related field)
A track record of commitment to prior employers
10 years of development experience
Experience in Web based and Database technologies
Solid web development especially backend APIs and troubleshooting skills
Solid experience with the following technologies: C# SQL Server
Experience in fast paced Agile Scrum environments.
Proficiency in Continuous Delivery best practices
Understanding & implementation of automated test processes
Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports peers and senior management)
Excellent team building negotiation and consensus building abilities
Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
1 years of team leadership experience
Familiarity with .NET C# and Java is highly desired
Experience with AWS EC2/EKS/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is highly desired
Experience with Postgres DynamoDB Redis and Elastic Search
Commercial/Residential Real Estate knowledge is a bonus
