Job Description
What you will do:
Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Uptown Chicago practice. Take advantage of this opportunity to join a comprehensive fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to its academic mission EMR analytics and an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate for this position will have completed an Internal Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Hours: Fulltime
What you will need:
License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Interanal Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
What you will do:
Development of a clinical practice.
A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
Participation in weekend and weekday call.
Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
