You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerforms administrative financial and technical work assisting in managing the business and financial operations of the Parking Division. Primary duties include coordination of business and financial aspects including but not limited to budgeting fiscal analysis fiscal forecasting receivables payables purchasing payroll projects technical support and systems administration for specialized application software. Monitors revenue intake associated with agreements contracts and permits customer interface and customer as the technical liaison for the Division by interacting with Technology Management and contractors on new services testing updates or application organizes and conducts training on use of financial systems software as well as identifies other training needs of the division. Work is performed under the general direction of the Parking Assistant Division Manager. Work is reviewed through reports submitted observations periodic audits discussions evaluation of support ability client feedback and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field and (2) years experience in accounting finance and information systems required; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
