Summary:
Adobe Research in Bangalore is looking for PhD interns from top universities across the world for the summer of 2025.
The Opportunity:
Interns will work on challenging research problems that are both academically interesting and also can influence and benefit Adobe products.
We regularly publish papers at top tier conferences like NeurIPS ICML CVPR ECCV/ICCV ACL EMNLP NSDI SIGMOD VLDB AAAI WebConf CIKM etc.
PhD students interested in various aspects of Generative AI and with a few publications in top tier conferences and with a research focus on ML / NLP / Computervision / Systems / GPU and AIFrameworks / Large model optimizations / Document understanding / Video and Image generation / Datamanagement will be a good match for this role.
Our research labs are actively publishing in leading journals and conferences work with product teams on highprofile features and explore new product opportunities across various domains. We are especially interested in fostering ongoing collaborations that last beyond the internship and become part of your PhD thesis.
What you will do:
Under the direction of an Adobe Research mentor you will:
Pursue a research problem to apply to Adobes products with the possibility of academic publication
Develop new algorithms run experiments and produce demonstration prototypes
Document and present your work both verbally and in writing
What you will need:
Current Ph.D. student in computer science or a related field
Sufficient research skills and background in your chosen subject area
Strong communication skills and collaboration experience
Passion for solving realworld problems with webscale data.
