What are we looking for
We want to hear from Primary ECTs who are passionate about education have a commitment to nurturing every young mind and are eager to bring their unique talents to an inclusive and forwardthinking school.
- Hold or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to lesson planning.
- Show a commitment to building an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be reflective open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Your Role as a Primary ECT:
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support pupils academic social and emotional development enabling them to thrive.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to wholeschool initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with pupils families and the wider school community.
- Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the schools values and high expectations.
