Job Description

- Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication throughout the estimation process
- Visit client homes or job sites to take accurate measurements photos and notes
- Prepare and deliver detailed painting estimates based on provided leads
- Manage the sales pipeline for 1015 customers weekly
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Complete and submit necessary administrative documentation
- Follow all data integrity and security protocols
- Attend weekly team meetings and report progress to management
- Collaborate with other members of the 360 Painting team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Reliable and operable personal vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Basic computer literacy (email spreadsheets CRM platforms preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay is hourly with potential for commission/bonuses based on performance. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
