We are working with a prestigious 5star hotel in South Wales thats on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its standout dining venues. This stylish restaurant proudly holding 1 AA Rosette offers an elegant yet relaxed setting with a focus on seasonal locally inspired cuisine and exceptional service.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Managing the daytoday operations of a 1 Rosette restaurant delivering polished professional service
- Leading and mentoring a passionate frontofhouse team
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards across service presentation and guest engagement
- Managing bookings rotas and training programmes
- Driving revenue through excellent service and attention to detail
