Join Our Dynamic Team as a Operations Coordinator!

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sponsorship team working specifically within the Partnership Management function. You would be joining a fast paced team trusted by rightsholders and brands to deliver impact and value.

A Two Circles Operations Coordinator will work daytoday initially on behalf of UEFA Womens Football working as an extension of their team.

What youd be getting up to

• Responsible for supporting the Partnerships team across operational delivery for commercial sponsors and media/ broadcast partners

• Working closely with the Rightsholders Commercial Operations team and external agencies to setup and manage day to day team systems across sponsorship and media

• Responsible for key rights delivery across elements such as: ticketing hospitality and accreditation

• Become a key member of the team for commercial approvals

• Support the Operations Lead on commercial onsite delivery i.e. displays and premiums

• Support with commercial event management and delivery

• On occasion travelling within Europe to visit partners and UEFA

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will bring:

• An interest and excitement to work in commercial operations

• An excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both within UEFA and with partners

• An understanding and interest in brands

• A proactive cando approach to account management constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/ opportunities

• Excellent time management organisational skills and attention to detail

• A willingness to get stuck in to all elements of commercial operations from events and delivery to leading administrative processes to reviewing event impact

• An interest in sports and womens football

• Fluent written and spoken English
