Job Description

Job Purpose:
To build repair and assemble electronic components electro/mechanical subassemblies through various process stages into finished goods. Working to defined build/test processes and standards ensuring good quality products are delivered on time as per the production schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Fault finding & rectifying electronic PCBAs
Hand place electronic components on PCBs
Assemble products in accordance with build processes drawings and parts lists
Record relevant date required from build/test processes
Assist Quality/Production teams with continuous improvement projects
Be flexible between processes where appropriate training has been given
Provide timely feedback to Supervisor regarding production issues/concerns
Work safely and comply with the company health and safety policy
Comply with company procedures at all times
Maintain quality products by following build/test procedures and standards.
What were looking for in you:
SVQ (Level 1/2) in production or manufacturing operations.
Previous experience working in production/assembly role/environment
Able to record work completed or proposed using clear and concise language and terminology.
Good logical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
