Know Your Rights: the minimal direction this position will be responsible for the implementation optimization and support of these Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms ensuring seamless clinical and administrative operations. This position will collaborate with clinical administrative and IT teams to assess needs troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient workflows. This role requires independent responsibility discretion and decisionmaking on critical tasks with minimal oversight. It involves prioritizing tasks managing time efficiently and consistently meeting deadlines.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare IT Computer Science or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
3 years of experience working with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems.
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems.
Experience in healthcare workflows clinical operations and administrative processes.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams.
Experience in system configuration data integration and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Understands hospital business operations and structure general requirements in an integrated delivery system and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
Open to travel when required.
Preferred qualifications:
Epic proficiency in at least one module (e.g. ClinDoc Ambulatory Orders).
Meditech proficiency.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $66560.00 to $96408.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
