Job Description
Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of a team delivering technologies to the front line of our Nations cyber efforts Peraton is looking for someone who can help deliver key JCWA capabilities and be a key contributor to our team as the Technical Advisor.
Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects. Responsible for the technical planning development testing supporting deployment and evaluation of system capabilities. Perform highlevel systems analysis evaluation design integration documentation and implementation of very complex systems requiring a thorough knowledge of technical skills. Provide daytoday technical/professional guidance and leadership. Provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Responsible for providing analytical skills and technical expertise to support technical development process improvement specialized studies and definition of requirements.
Exercises authority over and oversight into all contractor engineering and phases of system development as they pertain to JCC2R systems and capabilities. Serve as primary touchpoint to the PMO regarding the technical development of prioritized capabilities and the technical decomposition of requirements. Typical duties include leading technical analysis and planning efforts developing and/or reviewing requirements documents developing procedures developing functional architectures and other related management and technical duties. Require expertise in specialty area.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelors degree in related field required.
- 10 years of fullstack software development experience in objectoriented and scripted languages (see section 4.2) with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps microservices and containers.
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security Certification
- Demonstrated experience in preparing conducting and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements.
- 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g. Jira).
- 5 years of experience testing webbased applications.
- 5 years demonstrate experience leading software development programs/projects.
- Practical experience integrating Restful interfaces and sending/receiving Restful commands.
- Practical experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Agile or SAFe experience
- Experience using Agile Test Driven development for at least four (4) years.
- Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments for at least four (4) years.
- Experience designing developing testing sustaining software in an Agile Software development environment.
- Five (5) years experience with DoD Force Readiness requirements as it pertains to training and development (people assets & infrastructure).
- Five (5) years experience working with DoD COCOM and other Service Cyber Components.
