POSITION OVERVIEW

Perform the functions necessary to provide general clerical duties to the Planning Dept. and throughout the facility utilizing personal analytical comprehensive mathematical verbal and typing/keyboard skills etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities)

• Provide clerical support functions to the Planning Dept. and various other departments in the facility as directed.
• General filing as directed.
• Retrieving and analyzing standard data from various sources in the computer system.
• May have to meet the public and present a good image of the company.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics is required. May be required to evaluate dataand discern trends within the information.
• Must be able to analyze and input data quickly via keyboard.
• May be located in either the plant or office atmosphere.
• Training in Right to Know and emergency evacuation plans.
• Follow Regal Ethics and Safety Programs
• Adhere to all Export Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirement relevant to the position
• Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
• Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards
