Purpose
This new position will serve as an essential link between accurate facilities data and effective campus planning. The Campus Facilities Auditor will contribute to the overall maintenance and improvement of our universitys infrastructure while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. This role primarily involves conducting comprehensive audits of our universitys buildings including verifying square footage counting fixtures in the bathrooms and identifying the types of flooring used.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess practical organizational skills attention to detail thoroughness and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel strong attention to detail exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the facilities management team are essential. Analytical skills and adaptability for various building environments coupled with professionalism and excellent customer service are also critical for the role as the candidate will conduct thorough floor square footage fixtures and flooring types and identify maintenance needs while maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to management.
Bachelors Degree with a preference for previous experience in building audits or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel strong attention to detail exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the facilities management team are essential. $37440 depending on qualifications
Office environment and occasional exposure to adverse weather conditions and hazards during building audits.
40 hours/week
Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m 2:00 a.m.
