Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PM Shift
Location: Garden City Healthcare Center Modesto CA
Schedule: FullTime PM Shift
Starting Pay: $19 per hour

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing residents with routine daily care based on individual care plans
Reporting changes in residents conditions to Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor promptly
Supporting residents with activities of daily living (bathing grooming feeding toileting mobility)
Monitoring and recording vital signs intake/output and overall wellness
Creating a warm calm and caring environment for residents and families
Collaborating with nursing and interdepartmental staff to ensure exceptional care
Participating in shift change reports and documentation as required
Maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Current California CNA Certification (Required)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
A passion for working with seniors and delivering highquality care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be dependable compassionate and professional
