Company:
Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support F/A18 maintenance efforts at JRB New Orleans LA. The individual will work closely with the F/A18 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills capability and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F/A18 platform
Maintains Quality directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards configuration assurance related business regulatory and customer requirements
Documents audit results in standard formats
Works under general supervision
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- 5 years aircraft mechanics experience
- 3 years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI CDQAR QAR)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Technical data experience (IETMS)
- DCMA INST 82101D experience
- AS9100 Revision D experience
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
