Job Description

We are seeking a Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work! The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring our community and curb appeal sparkles.
Vintage Raleigh West is a 379unit luxury midrise community offering a range of 1 2 and 3bedroom apartments along with townhomes. Residents enjoy topnotch amenities and a prime location that enhances their living experience.
As Groundskeeper your mission will be to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community grounds and amenities; ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to for our residents and guests. To achieve this mission you will:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the community including curb appeal amenities leasing office parking lots and all other areas of the property
- Dispose of any waste and debris throughout the community
- Communicate any health or safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Properly operate and maintain all necessary tools and equipment.
- Plant prune weed seed and remove foliage shrubs trees or grasses or other grounds work
- Assist in the preparation of make ready units
- Perform pool cleaning daily maintain pool chemical log and ensure proper chemical balance where/when applicable.
- Complete all assigned services request

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUECREST
- You have experience as a Groundskeeper.
- You have worked at an apartment community; preferred.
- You have general maintenance knowledge.
- You are reliable and punctual.
- You have reliable transportation to perform all job duties.
