Pay: $75000.00 $150000.00 per year

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and estimating within the construction industry.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and standard computer applications.
- Strong time management and prospecting abilities.
- Highly motivated resultsdriven and committed to success.
- Willingness to travel within Colorado and neighboring states.
- Clean driving record.
- Develop accurate competitive estimates for commercial roofing and metal construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Attend prebid meetings conduct site visits and manage project budgets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Competitive salary: $75000 $150000 /year (Combined Base Salary plus uncapped performancebased bonuses)
