Salary
$75630.56 $87572.23/annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant knowledge training skills work location experience and/or FTE.

About Us

Canvas Healths mental health and substance use disorder providers clinicians and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes the community and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness substance use disorders crisis unstable housing and trauma. Canvas Health is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing psychotherapy for outpatient mental health services. Threequarters of the time provides direct client services and one quarter provides supervisory activities. Clinical supervision of other psychotherapist(s) coordinates Canvas Health outpatient services provided for its local community. Represents Canvas Health to the community. Helps plan the development of Canvas Health services within the community. Strong preference for providers who work with a large age span including children families and adults.

Schedule
40 hours/week Daytime hours Monday through Friday with four hours per week working past 5pm
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a masters or doctorate degree in social work family therapy or psychology with emphasis on clinical practice
- Possess a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
- Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities
- Supervision competency is currently listed on licensure or must be eligible to have supervision competency listed
- Two (2) or more years of experience supervising others
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing clinical and supervision services to a range of different age groups
- Early Childhood DBT experience
- Other Evidence Based and Trauma Based experience
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
