About the Product
Our data products fuel Targets decisionmaking engine. From enterprisewide metrics platforms to operational data assets that power predictive analytics and experimentation our data product ecosystem helps leaders across the organization make smarter faster and more inclusive decisions. We are building scalable governed and usercentered data products that democratize insights reduce complexity and unlock business value.
As a Senior People Data Ops Product Manager you will own enterprise data products and assets such as curated data sets semantic layers and foundational data pipelines of HR pyramid. You will drive product strategy discovery delivery and evolution of these data products to ensure they meet the analytical operational and compliance needs of Targets diverse user base.
About the Role
As a Senior People Data Ops Product Manager you will work in Targets product model and partner closely with engineers data scientists UX designers governance and privacy experts and business stakeholders to build and scale data products that deliver measurable outcomes. You will be accountable for understanding customer needs and business objectives and translating them into a clear roadmap of capabilities that drive adoption and impact.
