What does every day look like for you
Offer expert travel advice meticulously planning and costeffectively orchestrating itineraries for our customers
Utilise Sabre to manage and update customer files ensuring compliance with operational standards
Seamlessly coordinate all travel arrangements including crossselling supplementary RAC products to meet customer needs
Process transactions with precision and efficiency maintaining adherence to operating procedures and timelines
What are we looking for
Demonstrated experience in retail sales of international travel packages with a particular emphasis on cruising
A seasoned traveller with indepth product and destination knowledge that sets you apart
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Familiarity with Sabre and SAM/Tramada or similar travel booking systems is highly desirable
Availability to work occasional Saturdays as per a rotating roster
