RieLes Group we are seeking BoardCertified (BC) or BoardEligible (BE) Internal Medicine (IM)/Family Practice (FP) physicians to provide onsite Primary Care Physician Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA Puget Sound Health Care System American Lake Division is a historic VA medical center in Lakewood Washington established in 1923. Originally a neuropsychiatric hospital for World War I veterans it has expanded to provide primary care mental health services substance abuse treatment vocational rehabilitation PTSD treatment and blind rehabilitation. The facility is known for its SpanishAmerican architecture and continues to undergo renovations to enhance care while preserving its historical character

VA Primary Care refers to healthcare services provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for eligible veterans. These services focus on preventive care diagnosis treatment and management of chronic and acute medical conditions. VA primary care aims to offer comprehensive patientcentered care to veterans through VA medical centers communitybased outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and telehealth services.

Onsite Primary Care Physician Service
This refers to a physicianbased primary care service available at a specific location (such as a VA medical facility nursing home or workplace). An onsite primary care physician provides routine checkups chronic disease management urgent care and preventive services directly at the facility eliminating the need for patients to visit external clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality primary care to VA beneficiaries
- Diagnose manage and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Follow American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) guidelines
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Active/Eligible medical Licensure for any State
- Experience with VA healthcare services is a plus
