We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle and engagement marketing for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) in the EU. In this role you will own the strategy and execution for deepening relationships with existing customers across programs such as Amazon Relay and Amazon Freight Partner. Your focus will be on engagement retention customer progression and value proposition developmentguiding customers through their lifecycle and maximizing their satisfaction and contribution to the business.
This role is pivotal in evolving how we engage with our current customersthrough personalized experiences strategic communication and lifecycle marketing initiatives that support their journey across onboarding activation growth and advocacy. You will work crossfunctionally with product tech marketing and program teams to design seamless datadriven engagement programs that educate inform and create longterm value for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the customer lifecycle strategy for existing customers across ATS programs focusing on onboarding engagement retention and advocacy.
Develop and optimize the customer value proposition across segments tailoring messaging and programs that help customers grow with us through progressive stages.
Design lifecycle campaigns and engagement journeys using a mix of channels including email inproduct communication events and digital content to support customer success and satisfaction.
Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to segment audiences identify lifecycle gaps and build targeted marketing initiatives that increase activation adoption and longterm retention.
Partner crossfunctionally with Product Ops Sales and Brand teams to ensure customer engagement strategies align with program goals and deliver consistent highvalue experiences.
Measure and analyze customer engagement metrics campaign performance and customer feedback to continuously improve lifecycle strategies and ROI.
Lead strategic content development that supports education loyalty and longterm program alignmentincluding customerfacing guides webinars case studies and thought leadership assets.
A day in the life
Youll balance strategic planning with handson execution shaping customer journeys and developing programs that create meaningful engagement. Youll collaborate with senior stakeholders across EU teams influence product and brand narratives and use data to uncover opportunities that deepen customer relationships. You will be at the center of how we show up for our existing customersthoughtfully consistently and with high standards of execution.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience leading gotomarket for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
