How you will contribute
You will:
- Partner with Function leads and collaborate to create and deliver the functional priorities and plan; providing strategic guidance.
- Partner Functions on organization design ways of working functional change initiatives accelerating capability development in line with strategic plans to drive growth.
- Shape and enable a winning growth culture that drives performance and engagement.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to guide decision making and provide solutions to stakeholders that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
- Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning talent acquisition strategy leadership development employee development career and succession planning and talent mobility.
- Manage works council relations and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
- Collaborate on enterprisewide initatives.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Strong business acumen and broad leadership in HR ideally within FMCG/CPG.
- Experience in partnering sr teams on strategic priorities.
- An active curiosity insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and to coach function leaders.
- Ability to engage inspire and influence people.
- Experience in collaborating with local works councils.
- University/College degree: business economics preferred.
- Min. 7 years of experience in HR experience working with commercial teams is a plus.
- Broad insights of German labour law.
- Fluency in German and English language.
