Were launching a new business unit: Aurora Live Industrial and were looking for a commercially driven Network Growth Manager to join us from the very beginning.
In this role youll focus on building our executive network within the manufacturing sector identifying and engaging with Clevel leaders and introducing them to the unique value of the Aurora Live Industrial community.
This is a launchpad for a career in B2B sales. Youll gain industry knowledge business acumen and direct access to toplevel executives all while developing skills that can take you to the next level.

As part of the Aurora Live Industrial launch team your focus will be to grow our executive network in the Nordics and build longterm trustbased relationships with industry leaders.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and connect with Clevel executives in the manufacturing sector
Reach out via phone and LinkedIn to introduce the Aurora Live concept
Host video meetings to communicate the networks value
Understand the business priorities and challenges of your prospects
Collaborate closely with team leads and management to drive unit growth
Lay the foundation for your future in B2B sales evolving from relationships to deals
Are commercially driven and motivated by growth targets and results
Want more than just a job youre building a longterm career in B2B sales
Are confident curious and thrive on engaging new people
Take initiative and arent afraid of challenges or the phone
Have experience in sales hospitality or customer engagement
Speak Finnish Swedish Norwegian or Danish and fluent English
A frontrow seat in building a new business unit from scratch
