From business development and operations to client delivery and special strategic projects youll have a frontrow seat to everything it takes to run and scale a boutique agency.

As we grow were looking for a highly capable and driven Founders Associate to act as the founders right hand supporting daily operations driving strategic projects and enabling us to scale smarter and faster.
Tasks
This is a unique opportunity to gain a frontrow seat to running and growing a missiondriven business. Youll work sidebyside with the founder across all aspects of the company from client delivery and marketing to business development and internal operations.
Your role will be dynamic strategic and handson. Youll help turn ideas into action drive special projects and ensure the founder stays focused on what matters most. This is ideal for someone entrepreneurial curious and eager to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the founders strategic partner translating vision into .
- Drive strategic and crossfunctional initiatives from idea to .
- Initiate prep join and follow up on internal and external partner meetings.
- Support client projects and programs with research coordination and delivery support.
- Assist with business development and strategic partnerships.
- Create presentations reports and other communications to support decisionmaking.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve how we work incl. implementation of AI tools.
- Help build and maintain key relationships across clients partners and the broader ecosystem.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in top management consultancy highgrowth startup environment or similar roles.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker who loves solving problems and driving initiatives.
- Highly autonomous and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity in tech industry AI or leadership development is a big plus.
- Fluent English is a must fluent German is a big plus
