Job Description
Position: Technical Manager
Department: Technical
Locaton: Gurgaon (Head Office)
Experience :5 Years
CTC Upto 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1 .Technical Site Visits. : Conduct technical site visits to assess the condition value and suitability of properties submited for loans. This includes properties for Loan Against Property Home Loans APF Construction Loans and others.
2. Valuation Reports: Prepare detailed valuation reports for each property providing a comprehensive evaluation within the defined TAT.
3. Legal Document Analysis: Examine legal property documents including Legal Reports Sale Deeds Gi Deeds General Power of Atorney (GPA) and Agreement to Sell (ATS) ensuring their compliance and authenticity.
4. Regularly review and analyze the LAP loan porolio to assess the performance and condion of collateral properties.
5. Provide technical insights into risk assessment to support credit decisions
6. Prepare detailed technical reports on property assessments and valuations highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering architecture or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or coursework in property valuations and due diligence are advantageous.
2. Minimum of 58 years of experience in technical roles related to property assessments appraisals or valuations preferably within the financial services.
3. Strong understanding of propertyrelated regulations construction standards and valuation practices.
