Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and resultsoriented Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in growing our customer base within the 3PL and shipping industry. This individual will be responsible for building strong client relationships developing a pipeline of qualified prospects and driving revenue through outbound sales upselling and crossselling efforts.
Core Tasks:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach followup and exceptional customer service
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable solutions and that meet their goals and objectives
Develope a pipeline of strong prospects and manage and track outreach efforts
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets through effective sales upselling and crossselling strategies
Stay uptodate with product knowledge industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly as needed ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven phone sales experience preferably in 3PL / shipping industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient tools for scraping / identifying leads and and programming mass outreach campaigns
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Extremely self motivated with a diligent work ethic
Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals
Good American or neutral accent
Operate in PH local time
Nice to Have:
Proficient in CRM software such as GoHighLevel (or similar tools)
