Working at our Clearwater Location: Clearwater is a provider of engineering circuit card assembly OEM Avionics and MRO services to commercial and military customers with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. Your work will contribute to systems that manage the performance of Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft as well as F18s F35s Harriers and Apaches. Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills in electronic electromechanical and mechanical assembly will shine We are looking for a talented individual to perform a variety of production assembly operations ranging from repetitive to nonrepetitive tasks involving hardware such as modules boards panels drawers frames and cables. This role includes complex rework soldering wiring and testing capabilities allowing you to showcase your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Diverse Assembly Operations: Engage in electronic electromechanical and mechanical assembly tasks working with various hardware components like modules boards panels drawers frames and cables. Your role will involve both repetitive and nonrepetitive operations ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your skills in complex rework soldering wiring and testing to ensure highquality assembly and functionality of hardware components.
Procedure Adherence: Perform assembly operations using established procedures work instructions schematics and other approved documentation ensuring precision and consistency in your work.
Flexibility and Responsibility: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the teams success. You will have the authority to carry out all assigned tasks empowering you to make a significant impact.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Educational and Technical Skills: High school diploma or equivalent education with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
Soldering and Certification: Soldering experience and the ability to become JStd certified within the first 30 days of employment.
Physical and Work Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds work with hazardous materials and work overtime as required.
Desired Skills / Experience:
Technical Proficiency and Experience: Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents drawings and instructions with a minimum of 6 years of industry or similarly related job experience.
Team Collaboration: Prior experience working in a teamoriented environment.
