Pay Range:Pay range: $32.24 $40.48/hr.(this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker PassThrough approved rate; current approval through September 30 2025)

Shift Differentials Holiday and Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30p 10:30p $1:90 Beginning 10:31pm 7am $1.35 Weekend Fri 10:31pm Sun 11:00pm $1.00.

What Youll Do in This Role:

At Kresge our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents while focusing on quality treatment and comfort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
• Manage complex clinical situations and ensure highquality patient care.

What Youll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN).
• Active State of Michigan LPN Certification.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
• Ability to safely lift push pull and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
