Meet the team:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Hardware Department at Dexcom you will be an integral part of our dynamic and collaborative Hardware team. You will work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact on patients and individuals. You will be working in a fastpace crossfunctional environment demonstrating rigor and sense of urgency.
Where you come in:
Oversee multiple hardware development programs ensuring timely delivery quality and budget adherence. You will identify critical interdependencies to drive successful execution of the overall project.
Collaborate with technical leaders to develop detailed roadmaps timelines and deliverables.
Ensure seamless communication with leadership across all levels and functions by establishing standard reports that deliver concise and effective updates on program status issues risks and accomplishments to key stakeholders. Act as a principal liaison between program stakeholders and internal/external partners.
Resolves issues conflicts and project bottlenecks as they arise negotiating effectively with others. You will drive recovery effort so issues do not impact overall schedule.
Manage the daytoday execution of the program by creating and maintaining detailed project plans driving prioritization efforts ensuring all teams have a clear understanding of their tasks and goals and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Lead team meetings develops and manages agenda minutes and follow up action items.
Organize and deliver presentations to management.
Ensure program compliance with PDP internal and external regulatory guidelines standards and procedures.
What makes you successful:
Outstanding project management expertise with demonstrated ability to develop and manage projects.
Proficient in owning detailed schedules establishing and maintaining program priorities managing risks and ensuring accountability and execution across teams.
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence people and teams at all levels without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and ambiguity to drive clarity and deliver results.
Experience in one or more project management methodologies and practices including waterfall and hybrid approaches.
Highly motivated resourceful and able to work independently.
Exceptional communication abilities with the capacity to clearly and effectively convey complex technical information in both small and large settings as well as at all organizational levels including senior management.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively build relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams within a matrix environment.
High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of managing interpersonal relationships efficiently and empathetically to motivate influence and resolve conflicts within crossfunctional teams.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5 8 years related experience or Masters degree and 25 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 02 years experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km)
