Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant Health Services and AthleticsConcord Carlisle High School seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant (SAA) to support the Health Services and Athletics departments. This position will be fulltime 40 hours per week 12 months and split between the Health office and Description:The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal organizational and computer skills are also required. The candidate must also exercise confidentiality initiative tact discretion and sound judgment. The SAA must be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff students parents and the experience in bookkeeping and/or experience with iVisions is a plus. Proficient in Google Suite and ASPEN is will include but are not limited to the following:Athletics:Certificates and lettersAttendanceAccurately record Physicals and SportGait in ArbiterCoaches concussion certificationsManage RostersProcess purchase orders and invoicesTrack Family Max in Arbiter RegistrationHealth Services:Data entry of student physicals and immunization recordsProcess purchase orders and invoicesManage teacher email notification of students extended absences due to illness or injuryAttendanceThis position requires a demonstration of initiative and independent judgment in applying prescribed policies and procedures. The SAA is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under her/his direction and control and creating an environment that is conducive to serving students while meeting the requirements of federal state and local SAA has access to departmentlevel confidential information that requires the application of sound and balanced judgment discretion and knowledge of professional office SAA must be able to organize time work independently and accomplish tasks despite frequent interruptions. Greets visitors answers the telephone and takes accurate and detailed messages and/or directs calls to the appropriate person. The position requires the maintenance of detailed records and clerical files. The SAA will maintain confidential information compose correspondence and proofread school documents to ensure accuracy. The ability to communicate effectively with the public coworkers departments officials vendors and other agencies is essential. The ability to deal effectively and tactfully with the public is required at all times.A progressive and positive attitude is necessary to resolve problems and meet the needs of a fastpaced public work environment.
