Where were located:
Our clinic is located at 350 Heritage Way in scenic Kalispell MT. Situated in the heart of the Flathead Valley our area offers and endless variety of outdoor recreation to choose from. We are a short drive to Glacier National Park two ski resorts and the pristine Flathead Lake.
What youll be doing:
As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary care team this position plays a key role in providing highquality and compassionate handson nursing support for this highvolume clinic.
Serve as the main point of contact for patient triage
Address emergent patient issues and coordinate followup care
Perform catheter changes blood draws and participate in minor procedures
Help support and maintain clinical competencies of clinic staff.
Provide medication management including inventory refill requests and compliance with clinic protocols
Be available to assist with rooming patients and obtaining vitals when needed

Qualifications:
Current Montana RN License or a multistate compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
BSN degree preferred.
Current HCP CPR certification required.
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience preferred.
Current ACLS and PALS certification may be required in certain departments and successfully obtained within six (6) months of hire.
Excellent organizational skills detailoriented a selfstarter possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
Job Specific Duties:
Performs patient assessment. Utilizes all available sources of information and incorporates the patients perception of illness.
Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate.
Consistently identifies safety issues concerning the patient and staff during visit.
Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider.
Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care.
Participates in the development and delivery of education and competency validation of clinical staff.
Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an ongoing basis per department standards.
Administers medications per provider order.
Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking and completing all department competencies.

Shift:
Day Shift Variable Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week. Monday Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
