Job Description
- Responsible to produce pre and post contract deliverables
- Responsible for total cost management and delivery in line with pretender estimation
- Carry out cost management and contract administration duties for packages under administration
- Estimating measurement bills of quantity production and cost planning activities
- Responsible for the procurement process from all stages in prequalification such as quotation enquiry analysis selection and contract preparation
- Responsible for the taking off quantity of the tendering project based on tender drawings and documents sourcing quotation for supplier and subcontractor where necessary
- Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claim and assist in monthly projection cash flow
- To produce monthly cost reports
- Able to take a lead cost role interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
- Review analyse and produce variation order assessment final account productions in post contract stage
Qualifications :
- 10 years experience in large scale infrastructure utility oil & has petrochemical projects with a minimum construction cost of S$700mil
- Board certified QS (SISV)
- CSA or MEP experience
