Job Description

Due to a promotion we are now seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping operations and help ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for every guest every stay..

As a key member of the housekeeping leadership team youll assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all aspects of the department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across guest rooms public areas and backofhouse spaces. This is your opportunity to contribute to a professional and costeffective operation while growing your career with one of the worlds leading hotel brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.

  • Implement and maintain Accors housekeeping systems procedures and productivity benchmarks.

  • Address guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally informing relevant management as needed.

  • Coordinate with the hotels laundry provider to uphold highquality laundering and service standards.

  • Oversee and maintain proper use and servicing of housekeeping equipment.

  • Step in to lead the department during the Executive Housekeepers absence.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality revenue and operational efficiency.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.

  • Salary $67000 $70000 per year


Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role or housekeeping manager role in smaller property within hotel housekeeping.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.

  • Knowledge of housekeeping equipment inventory systems and laundry operations.

  • A proactive and handson approach to team management and training.
