What Youll Bring:
Were looking for a Senior Project Analyst to join our growing Project Management team.
Day to Day Youll Be:
- Contribute to the coordination of releases working with the Release manager and project team to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of software.
- Manage smaller internal projects to completion.
- Act in the clients interest to ensure effort is focused on turning around client support tickets and facilitating additional support to enable resolution.
- Assist in coordination of impact assessments for Change Requests and client support requests or incidents.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity.
- Create management information that will support the efficient running of the Decision Services team.
- Maintain logs and trackers in line with best practice governance such as RAID logs resource tracking Change Request logs team holiday trackers and weekly progress reports.
- Support and minute client and internal meetings helping to build strong relationships with key contacts
- Contribute to the creation of decks for steering meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Ability to analyse incoming situations to find and propose creative solutions to problems
- A drive to facilitate solutions and taking the initiative to involve the appropriate members of the team as required
- Able to help create and execute on plans that set the project team up for success
- Passion for quality through astute risk management and application of project governance
- Great communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- A relentless focus on clients
- To seek to gain a highlevel understanding of our solutions but not needing the deep technical knowledge that others in the team would provide.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Have had some initial exposure to project delivery lifecycles
- Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills
- Have excellent written and verbal skills and be proficient in the use of office products such as word excel and Power Point (Project planning tools (e.g. JIRA or Smartsheet) is advantageous but not essential)
