The Residence offers longterm care shortterm postacute rehabilitation stays and outpatient Physical Occupational and Speech Therapy. Available Schedules: Part Time Full Time and per diem shifts available ** All Full Time staff are expected to work every other weekend**
Opportunities exist on both acute short term rehabilitation and long term care units.
********** Weekend Weekday and Evening shift differentials included with base pay**********

Salary: Contingent Upon Experience
What are we looking for
- A provider of kind and compassionate care to our residents.
- An observer of residents: chart and report any changes in the residents conditions such as responses to medication or treatment.
- Proof of current Massachusetts RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
- Experience in Geriatrics or longterm care is preferred but not required.
- Maintains valid CPR certification.
- Maintains educational competency as required by state and federal regulations.
- Ability to stand sit walk bend and squat for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance on occasion.
- Ability to interact frequently with residents family members visitors government agencies/personnel the general public and other staff members.
